Portsmouth Square Park is located on Kearny Street between Washington and Clay Streets in San Francisco's Chinatown. The park is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. Free parking is limited to street parking (hey, this is the City!). However, up to two hours of free parking is available from 5 pm - 2 am at the Portsmouth Square Parking Garage and St. Mary's Church Parking Garage with validation from participating Night Market vendors. Fair participants are encouraged to take public transportation. MUNI lines 15 and 30 service Chinatown.
